(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the Respondent/police on 1st and 15th day of every month at 10.30.a.m until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.18035 of 2019 in Crl.O.P.No.25489 of 2019 dated 03.12.2019.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seek for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner had been complying with the the conditions.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.18035 of 2019 in Crl.O.P.No.25489 of 2019 dated 03.12.2019. is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Magistrate Court, Chengalpet No.I on the first working day of every Month until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
