The instant writ petition has been filed with a prayer for issuing a Mandamus, directing the respondents to pay interest at 10% for the belated payment of Gratuity, Leave Salary and commutation of pension amount to the petitioner.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was appointed as a Conductor in the 1st Respondent-Corporation. In view of the same, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 26.02.2025 to the respondents to pay interest 2/6
