O R D E R

The defendant is the revision petitioner. After advancing arguments for some time, learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner submitted that he is willing to vacate the premises within a period of six months. He has also filed an affidavit of undertaking dated 27.06.2019 to that effect.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent/landlord objected the same and requested the Court to restrict the time for vacating and handing over the possession of the premises within one month.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, three months time is granted to the petitioner to vacate and handover the premises to the respondent/landlord.

4. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. The petitioner shall vacate and deliver vacant possession on or before 30.09.2019.
