Standing Counsel COMMON O R D E R The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that by virtue of the Judgement of the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in W.A.Nos.213 of 2022 and batch., dated 22.12.2023, the order of this Court dated 24.02.2022 gets merged and in this regard, he referred to paragraph no.21 of the Judgement dated 22.12.2023. He further requested that the present contempt petition be closed.
