ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been instituted for directing the Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Krishnagiri to take the Chargesheet in C.C.No.22 of 2022 on their file and to reassign the Calendar Case number and to expedite the trial and conclude the same within the time stipulated by Court.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the complaint has already been taken on file by the Court concerned in C.C.No.494 of 2023.
