O R D E R

The wife, who is the respondent in H.M.O.P.No.3334 of *2013, has come forward with this petition to transfer the same from the file of the II Additional Family Court, Chennai, to the file of the Family Court, Salem stating that she is residing at Salem.

2.Learned counsel for the petitioner/wife submitted that the respondent/husband has filed a petition in H.M.O.P.No.3334 of *2013 on the file of the II Additional Family Court, Chennai, for divorce. Since her parents are aged persons, she has no other source to take care of her parents and therefore, it is difficult for her to travel from Salem to attend the Court at Chennai. Hence, she prays that H.M.O.P.No.3334 of *2013 may be transferred from the file of the II Additional Family Court, Chennai to the file of the Family Court, Salem. 3.Learned counsel for the respondent submitted that she has no objection to transfer the petition as sought for by the petitioner, but she wants an earlier disposal. 4.Considering the no objection given by the learned counsel for the respondent, the petition in H.M.O.P.No.3334 of *2013 is ordered to be withdrawn from the file of the II Additional Family Court, Chennai and transferred to the file https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of the Family Court, Salem. The Presiding Officer, II Additional Family Court, Chennai is directed to transmit all the records pertaining to H.M.O.P.No.3334 of *2013 to the file of Family Court, Salem, within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Presiding Officer, Family Court, Salem is directed to dispose of the HMOP within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the material records.

5.Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous petition is ordered. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
