The grievances of the writ petitioner is that he preferred an appeal, challenging the order of punishment dated 17.11.2018, imposing the punishment of reduction in pay as well as reduction in the Post. The said appeal filed by the writ petitioner before the 1st respondent is yet to be disposed of.

2.Thus, without going into the merits of the matter, the 1st respondent is directed to consider the appeal dated 13.02.2019 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petitioner is directed to enclose the copy of the appeal and all other relevant documents, along with the orders passed in the present writ petition.
