..Respondent(s) Prayer: This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 3 and 4 to survey, demarcate the petitioner land to fix boundaries, comprised in Old Survey Nos.265 and 266, New Survey Nos.265/2 and 266/2, located as plot No.14 in Venkateswara Nagar, at No.4, Velampalayam Village, Tirupur Corporation, to an extent of 1200 sq.fts.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.04.2023.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner has given a representation dated 06.04.2023 to survey and demarcate the petitioner's land and to fix boundaries, comprised in Old Survey Nos.265 and 266, New Survey Nos.265/2 and 266/2, located as Plot No.14 in Venkateswara Nagar, at No.4, Velampalayam Village, Tirupur Corporation, to an extent of 1200 sq.fts. However, the said representation was not at all considered by the respondents, as on date. Hence, this petition.

3. In reply, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 3 would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 06.04.2023 will be disposed of by the respondents within a period of 4 weeks.

4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

5. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs the respondents to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 06.04.2023, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No cost. List the case on 30.06.2026 under the caption "For Reporting Compliance".
