Prayer:- Contempt petition has been filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, praying to punish the respondents for their will full disobedience in not complying with the order dated 28.07.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.No.23663 of 2014.

ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non compliance of the order dated 28.07.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.No.23663 of 2014, thereby directing the first respondent to pass appropriate orders, in the light of the recommendations made by the second respondent and the recommendations of the District Forest Officer, Attur Forest Division, Salem District, dated 24.01.2014. 2.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that as directed by this Court, the first respondent passed order on 26.02.2024 and the same has been communicated to the petitioner herein. He also produced a copy of the order dated 26.02.2024, before this Court.

Recording the above submissions, this Contempt Petition is closed.
