This application has been filed to permit to have interim custody of petitioner's daughter till the disposal of the main original petition. 2.

The child is aged about 8 years and she is living with her father. Though there is much hatredness shown as against husband and wife, unfortunately, the girl child is entangled between the matrimonial acrimony between the husband and wife. This Court is of the view that the girl child aged about 8 years has to be given mother's care also. Though the father is having custody all along, this Court before going into the merits of each side's allegation, atleast the visitation right to the mother has to be given. 3.

Accordingly, the applicant namely the mother is permitted to take the temporary custody of child every week end that is from 2.00 pm on Saturday till 4.00 pm on Sunday. The mother is entitled to take the child to her house and keep the child till 4.00 pm on Sunday. Such arrangement shall continue till the disposal of the main O.P.
