This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to investigate the case in Crime No.255 of 2015, apprehend the accused, recover the case property and to proceed against the accused in accordance with law by filing final report.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that a case in Crime No. 255 of 2015 has been registered and is being investigated by the respondent police.
