This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to consider the application submitted by the petitioner, wherein the petitioner has sought for the extension of Maxi cab permit.
2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent on the written instructions received from the respondent submitted that the application submitted by the petitioner is not in order and if the petitioner submits the application in order, the same will be considered by the respondent for grant of Maxi cab permit.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner will submit the application in order.
4.In the light of the above submissions, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to make a fresh application in line with the Rules and the respondent on receipt of the same shall process the application for the grant of Maxi Cab Car permit and this process shall be considered immediately on the submission of the application.
