ORDER

The present writ petition is filed praying for a writ of Mandamus to direct the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 17.02.2025, to conduct enquiry based on representation made by the petitioner seeking cancellation of patta issued in favour of 3rd respondent in respect of land in Survey No.48/1, covering an extent of 6 cents of land situated at Udedurgam Village, Denkanikottai Taluk, Krishnagiri District

2. At the outset, it was submitted by Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader for 1st and 2nd respondent that the representation dated 17.02.2025, made by petitioner would be considered and appropriate orders would be passed within a time frame fixed by this Court, which was agreed to by the learned counsel for petitioner.

3. In view of the same, taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought for in this Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the respondents, to consider the representation dated 17.02.2025 on its own merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with 2/4

law, after affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, 3rd respondent and any other interested persons/stake holders, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any views with regard to the merits of the representation and it is open to the concerned respondent to consider the representation on its own merits and in accordance with law.
