PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the respondent police to register the petitioner's complaint dated 13.06.2018 pursuant to the C.S.R.No.102 of 2018 issued by the respondent police. O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 13.06.2018.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that after receipt of the complaint, C.S.R.No.102 of 2018 has been issued. She further submitted that the opposite party also lodged a complaint and for that, C.S.R.No.116 of 2018 was given and during preliminary enquiry, both the parties appeared before the respondent and they have stated that they have settled the issue amicably and accordingly, both the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

complaints were closed on 24.06.2018 itself.
