In view of the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of these miscellaneous petitions, the delay in filing the appeals stand condoned and these petitions are ordered.

2. Registry is directed to number the Appeal Suits, if they are otherwise in order and post on 03.01.2020 'for admission'.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader (AS) made a submission that though the matter was referred to Lok Adalat, there is no possibility of settlement.

4. Thus, the Special Tahsildar, Land Acquisition, Jayankondam is directed to be present along with the files as well as the connected case papers on 03.01.2020 without fail.
