Respondents Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned suspension order of the 3rd respondent of Memo No.Rc.No.PR1/9752/WZ/2015 WZO No.355/2015 dated Nil.04.2015 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in service.

2. Heard the submission of Mr.R.Y.George Williams, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.V.Subbiah, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Mr.V.Subbiah, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents produced the proceedings of the Joint Commissioner of Police West Zone, Ambattur Estate, Chennai-58 dated 31.07.2015, in and by which, the order of suspension passed against the petitioner has been revoked and the petitioner was released from suspension.

4. In the light of the said development, as on today, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Hence, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
