ORDER

Mr.Balakrishnan, learned counsel for TASMAC takes notice on behalf of the respondent.

2. This Writ Petition is disposed of at the time of admission considering the nature of relief sought for by the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner has sent a representation dated 06.04.2023 before the respondent. Without awaiting for any response from the respondent the petitioner has rushed to this Court.

3. Be that as it may, considering the fact that no adverse orders are going to be passed by the respondent, I am inclined to dispose this writ petition by directing the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.04.2023 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is also given liberty to serve a copy of the aforesaid representation to the District Collector, Thiruvallur. Page No. 2 of 4

4. The writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the above observations and directions. No cost.
