ORDER

The petitioner has filed the above writ petition for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the proceedings of the first respondent in K.No. SEI.PO /E.PE / SO /VU.KA.A /VA.B /KA/ME / KO.PUKAR MANU/2012 A/NO682 dated 25.9.2012 to quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 1 and 2 to disconnect the Electricity Service Connection No.295 002 466 at Mariyamman Koil Street, V. Ayyampalayam, Samalapuram and to refund the advance amount of Rs.10478/-(Ten thousand four hundred seventy eight only) to the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has given a letter to the Registry to list the matter under the caption " withdrawal " stating that the parties have settled the matter out of the Court. The learned counsel has also made an endorsement to that effect. 3.

In view of the letter given by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the endorsement made, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected MP is closed.
