Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code seeking direction upon the respondent/Police to register a case on the petitioner's representation, dated 18.06.2012, vide C.No.7945/Cop/Visitors and to take suitable action against the accused persons, Sumathy, Kasiammal and Gajendran for creating forged ration cards, fabricated photographs.

This Criminal Original Petition is filed, seeking direction upon the respondent/Police to register a case on the petitioner's representation/complaint, dated 18.06.2012, and to take suitable action against the accused persons mentioned thereunder.

It is seen that the petitioner has lodged a complaint, dated 18.06.2012, stating that his father was kept under the control of one Sumathi and Gajendran, and taking advantage of the same, they obtained bogus ration cards in their names. On the reading of the complaint, it is seen that the dispute initially appears to be between the petitioner and the said https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Sumathi with regard to the allotment of property in favour of the petitioner's father by the Slum Clearance Board. As the dispute appears to be civil in nature, the relief sought herein cannot be granted. As regards the allegation that the ration card is bogus one, it is always open to the petitioner to approach the Authorities of Civil Supplies Corporation for taking appropriate action.

With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
