This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 20.07.2015 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that he has wrongly impleaded the Inspector of Police, Thiruvannamalai Town Police Station instead of the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Thiruvannamalai. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this criminal original petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition impleading the correct respondent.
