The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the first respondent to measure and fix boundary stones to the Petitioner's land comprised in Survey No.97/4F1B as per sale deed dated 24.06.2008, registered as document no.1286/ 2008 and patta No.8714 to an extent of 2616 square feet situated at Rayarpalaiyam village and Revenue village of Veeraganur south North, Thalaivasal Taluk, Salem District, by passing orders based on the petitioner's representation dated 09.03.2023.
2. In respect of the relief sought for in the present writ petition, the learned Government Advocate brought to the notice of this Court that there is an objection from Mr.Peeter Ravi who is a relative to the petitioner.
3. When there is an objection in respect of conducting survey of the property, the parties have to approach the competent Civil Court for the purpose of resolving the issues. In the event of any objection, the Government Surveyor cannot conduct survey under the provisions of the 2/4
Survey and Boundaries Act. Thus, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the Civil Court of law for the purpose of resolving the issues.
