O R D E R
The grievance of the writ petitioner is that, the petitioner had already paid an excess amount of property tax with the Corporation of Chennai. However, the Corporation refuses to reimburse the excess payment to the writ petitioner. In this regard, the petitioner has submitted a representation to the respondent on 19.01.2017 which is yet to be considered.
2. Thus without going in to the merits of the matter, the respondent is directed to consider the representations submitted by the writ petitioner on 19.01.2017 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within the period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. The writ petitioner is directed to enclose a copy of the representation and relevant documents along with the order passed in this present writ petition. Accordingly the writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
