This Petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders by order dated 15.03.2024 passed in Crl.O.P.Nos.3301 of 2024.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police monthly twice, i.e. on 1st and 15th working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders, without fail.

4.Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
