This Writ Petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent to release the sale deed registered as Document No.1022 of 2013 dated 22.08.2013.

2. Heard Mr.V.Balakrishnan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Anand, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate on instruction submitted that the documents have been returned to the petitioner on 22.11.2013 and he has produced the letter of Sub Registrar dated 10.01.2018 for perusal of this Court.

4. In view of the above fact, no further adjudication is necessary in this writ petition. Accordingly, writ petition stands dismissed.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is dismissed. No Costs.
