original certificates of the petitioner viz., i) Birth Certificate ii)Residence Certificate iii) Caste Certificate iv) 10th Mark Sheet v)12th Mark Sheet and vi) Transfer Certificate (TC), which she produced before the fourth respondent at the time of admission for joining into BDS course and also direct the fourth respondent to refund fees amount a sum of Rs.3,86,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs and Eighty Six Thousand only) paid by the petitioner with reasonable interest forthwith.

O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the fourth respondent to return original certificates of the petitioner viz., i) Birth Certificate ii) Residence Certificate iii) Caste Certificate iv) 10th Mark Sheet v) 12th Mark Sheet and vi) Transfer Certificate (TC), which she produced before the fourth respondent at the time of admission for joining into BDS course and also direct the fourth respondent to refund fees amount a sum of 2/4

Rs.3,86,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs and Eighty Six Thousand only) paid by the petitioner with reasonable interest forthwith. 2.It is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent that even if the petitioner appear before the fourth respondent tomorrow between 10.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m., the petitioner's original certificates would be returned to her. 3.The submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent is recorded. The petitioner is directed to appear before the fourth respondent on 25.09.2024 at 10.30 a.m. Upon the petitioner appearing before the fourth respondent between 10.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m., the fourth respondent is directed to return all the original certificates of the petitioner.

4.With the above observation, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
