By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2.The petitioner would state that he is working as Clinical Psychologist in the Government District Headquarters Hospital, Nagapattinam District right from October, 2008 onwards and though he had put in service to the satisfaction of his superior officers, his services are not at all regularised and in this regard, he has repeatedly submitted representations to the respondents, requesting them to regularise the services and the last of such representation https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

was submitted on 09.04.2015 and since he is yet to be favoured with any response, came forward to file this writ petition. 3.Heard the submissions of Mr.M.Ravi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.Gunasekaran, learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 4.Though the petitioner prayed for a larger relief, this Court, in the light of the facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the claim projected by the petitioner either in the representation or in this writ petition, directs the respondents to consider and dispose of the representation in accordance with law and pass orders within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
