PRAYER:
Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent to direct respondents 2 and 3 to take necessary steps and action to restrain the illegal encroachers in the residential areas and further direct the 4th respondent to direct respondents 5 and 6 to take action against the illegal encroacher to have peaceful environment in a residential area and to consider the representation sent by the petitioner to all the respondents mentioned above.

ORDER
The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition giving all material particulars. He has also made an endorsement to the said effect.
In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. No costs.
