C.M.Annamalai .. Respondent / Complainant This case came up for settlement before the Lok Adalat. The learned Acvocate for the Appellant Mr.S.Rajesh is present and the Respondent appeared in person.

ORDER

This Criminal Revision case has been filed by the complainant in a case for an offence under Section 138 of Negotiable Instrumentation Act, After due deliberation and conciliation, both sides agreed for a sum of Rs.1,95,000/-/- in full quit the award amount. The award is passed accordingly.

2. The petitioner and the learned Advocate for the petitioner are present. The respondent viz C.M. Annamalai appeared in person and the identity of the respondent is accepted by the petitioner. The petitioner agreed to pay a sum of Rs. 1,95,000/-( Rupees one lakh ninety five thousand only) in full quit of the amount payable to the respondent and the respondent also accepted the said offer.

3. The petitioner has paid the above said amount before the Court itself, and the same has been received by the respondent.
