Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.04.2019 to demarcate the boundaries of the land by laying the stone at patta.104, Survey 41/1B to an extent of Acre 172 cents, Thathayagarpatti Village, Puduchatram Post, Namakkal District within the stipulated time fixed by this Court. 2. The petitioner seeks for a mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.04.2019 to demarcate the boundaries of the land by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

laying the stone at patta.104, Survey 41/1B to an extent of Acre 172 cents, Thathayagarpatti Village, Puduchatram Post, Namakkal District within the stipulated time fixed by this Court.

3. Heard both sides.

4. The grievance of the petitioner before this Court is that the said representation is still pending and not disposed of by the respondent so far.

5. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the 3rd respondent to consider and decide the same. Thus, this writ petition is disposed of, only with a direction to the 3rd respondent to dispose of the representation dated 10.04.2019 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing all the parties concerned. Such exercise shall be done by the 3rd respondent within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
