This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a final report in Cr.No.2411 of 2015, E-1 Mylapore Police Station immediately.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances and nature of the allegation in this case, this Court directs the respondent police to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
