ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 praying to direct the second respondent Inspector of Police, Mulasi Police Station, Tiruchengodu to expedite the investigation of the case registered in Crime No.26 of 2015 dated 21.3.2015.

2. It is averred in the petition that the petitioner, as complainant, has given a complaint dated 21.3.2015 to the second respondent and the same has been registered in Crime No.26 of 2015, but so far the second respondent has not taken investigation. Under the said circumstances, present petition has been filed for getting the relief sought therein.

3. Considering the nature of relief sought for in the present petition, the following direction can be given to the second respondent:

In fine, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the second respondent is strictly directed to conduct speedy investigation of the case registered in Crime No.26 of 2015 and file final report before the end of December, 2015.
