O R D E R

The petitioner/husband, who is the petitioner in I.D.O.P.No.95 of 2014 on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Court, Thiruvallur, has come forward with this transfer petition to transfer the same to the file of the Principal Family Court, Chennai.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/husband. 3.Learned counsel for the respondent/wife submitted that he has no objection to transfer the petition in I.D.O.P.No.95 of 2014 as sought for by the petitioner.

4.Recording the no objection given by the learned counsel for the respondent, I am inclined to order transfer. Accordingly, the petition in I.D.O.P.No.95 of 2014 is ordered to be withdrawn from the file of the Principal District and Sessions Court, Thiruvallur and transferred to the file of the Principal Family Court, Chennai, for disposal in accordance with law. The Presiding Officer, Principal District and Sessions Court, Thiruvallu, is directed to transmit all the records pertaining to I.D.O.P.No.95 of 2014 to the file of the Principal Family Court, Chennai within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
