ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent police viz., the Inspector of Police, Panchapalli Police Station, Dharmapuri District to register a case against the said persons based on the complaint given by him to the respondents dated 16.08.2014. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3. On a reading of the complaint, it is alleged that the petitioner's wife is having illegal intimacy with several https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
persons. Since the allegation of the complaint does not disclose any cognisable offence, no positive direction can be issued to the respondent police to register a case.
