2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner.

Crl.R.C.No.11 of 2016 has been disposed of on 06.01.2016 without interfering with the order under challenge except insofar as modifying the order of costs imposed by the Court below towards rendering the same in keeping with Section 408 Cr.P.C. Presently, the party shown as first respondent therein has moved the petition to recall the order. The petition is dismissed as not maintainable.
