This petition has been filed to modify the conditions, which are imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.5649 of 2023 by order dated 31.03.2023, that the petitioner shall surrender her original passport before the Magistrate concerned and she shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter, on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that since the petitioner's children are residing in France, she wants to visit France for renewing her residential card and also to meet her children, thereby, the petitioner has preferred this petition for modifying the condition 8(c). He would further submit that the petitioner will come back to India within the time frame that may be fixed by this Court, hence, she seeks for modification of the conditions. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

3. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel on either side, the condition No.8(d) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.5649 of 2023 by order dated 31.03.2023, alone is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police on every Monday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. The other conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.5649 of 2023 dated 31.03.2023 shall remain unaltered.
