This petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to withdraw the investigation in Crime No.75/2012 on the file of the 2nd respondent and to transfer the same to the 3rd respondent.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.
3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the complaint was enquired and the action was dropped on 15.06.2012 itself.
