C.R.P.No.1558 of 2020 and C.M.P.No.9320 of 2020 P.T.ASHA.J., The matter is posted today (27.04.2022) under the caption for being mentioned. The error has crept in paragraph No.3 of the order dated 24.02.2022 inasmuch as the Court has been shown as the II Additional District Munsif, Coimbatore instead of I Additional District Munsif, Coimbatore.

3. The Registry is directed to issue a fresh corrected copy of the order to the parties.

4. In all other aspects, the earlier order dated 24.02.2022 shall remain unaltered.
