Respondents Writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for a Writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the order dated 15.3.2013 in Na. Ka. No. 2452/E1/11 passed by the 2nd respondent, quash the same in so far as excluding the crane operators and excavator operators for getting the scales of pay and grade pays provided therein and consequently direct the respondents to extend the same scales of pay and grade pays to the crane operators and excavator operators notionally with effect from 1.1.2006 and with monetary benefits with effect from 1.3.2011 as given to the staff car drivers and other heavy vehicle drivers and award costs.
