Application No.5021 of 2018 is taken out by the plaintiff to direct the respondents/defendants to furnish security to the suit claim. 2.Though the suit was filed as a commercial dispute, for one reason or other, the matter has been prolonged for three years. Counter has not been filed by the respondents/defendants in the furnish security application. Hence, the respondents/defendants are directed to furnish security to the suit claim of Rs.4,66,68,026.62p on or before 06.08.2021. Accordingly, Application No.5021 of 2018 is allowed.
