This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to serve the summons to the witnesses in CC.No.463 of 2015 on the file of the learned XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai and to direct the learned Magistrate to complete the trial within one month.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. Since this case is of the year 2015, a time bound order to complete the trial cannot be passed. However, the Trial Court is directed to expeditiously conduct the trial and take steps to summon the witnesses.
