Respondents Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, praying to direct the first respondent herein viz., the Inspector of Police, Land Grabbing Cell, Kancheepuram, Kancheepuram District to register a case against the culprits on the complaint sent by the petitioner herein to the first respondent herein on 17.06.2014 by RPAD. 2.It is averred in the petition that the property belonging to the petitioner was succumbed to be grab by one Ranganathan and others. The petitioner preferred the present complaint before the first respondent, but no action has been initiated. Therefore, the present criminal original petition has been filed. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submits that the complaint was treated as petition and due to non cooperation of the petitioner, the same was closed.

4.This Court, directs the first respondent to peruse the complaint dated 17.06.2014 of the petitioner and if any cognizable offence is made out, further directed to register the case and proceed as per law.
5.With the above observation, the criminal original petition is closed.
