ORDER

When the writ petition is taken up today for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the relief sought in the writ petition has become infructuous and as such, she prayed for dismissal of the same. She has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the endorsement made by her, writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
