Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to G.O.Ms.No.241, Housing and Urban Development (UD-III-I) Department, dated 19.09.2003, on the file of the first respondent herein and to quash the same in so far as clauses (i), (ii) and (iii) of paragraph 3 therein as illegal, unlawful, malafide, without jurisdiction and consequently direct the respondents to permit registration of any conveyance deed and also accord approval for development of the property. The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the Government Order in G.O.Ms.No.241, Housing and Urban Development (UD-III-I) Department, dated 19.09.2003.

2.The matter has already been decided by this Court in W.P.Nos.23316 of 2004 etc., batch and W.P.Nos.14894 and 1919 of 2005 and this Court has quashed the Government Order in G.O.Ms.No.241, Housing and Urban Development (UD-III-I) Department, dated 19.09.2003 and the said order has become final.
