Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records of the 6th respondent in the impugned order Na.Ka.A2/187/2019 dated 06.08.2020, quash the same and further direct the respondents to allow the petitioner to live the house without any hindrance to the respondents.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Challenging the notice dated 06.08.2020 issued by the sixth respondent, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. A perusal of the said notice would show that it is only a show cause notice. In fact, even in the said notice, it has been stated that it is only a show cause notice.

3. In such view of the matter, the petitioner is granted two weeks'time from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to give suitable reply and appropriate final orders will have to be passed by the sixth respondent within a period of four weeks thereafter. Till such time, status quo as on today shall be maintained.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
