Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to forbear the respondents from interfering with the petitioner from leasing out the property comprised in S.Nos.33/1 and 34/3 in Kannimangalam Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District, to the third party for the purpose of fish farming, without due process of law.

ORDER
It is the specific case of the petitioner that he has been rearing fish by creating a Fish Farm in his patta lands situated in S.Nos.33/1 and 34/3 in Kannimangalam Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District and decided to lease out the said Fish Farm to third parties, which was objected to by the Revenue officials, and hence, he made a representation dated 01.06.2015 to the first respondent-District Collector for taking action against the second respondent-Tahsildar and third respondent-VAO so as to not to interfere with the rights of the petitioner in his Fish Farm, and since no action had been taken on the said representation, the present Writ Petition is filed. Therefore, without going into the merits of the case, this Writ Petition is disposed of, with a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
direction to the first respondent-District Collector to pass orders on the above said representation, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and any aggrieved parties, more particularly, the second and third respondents, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order or within a period of six weeks from the date of production of a copy of this order by the petitioner, who shall enclose a copy of the above said representation. No costs. The Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
