PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for the issuance of the Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to conduct the enquiry of the petitioner's representation dated 08.01.2019 and 18.07.2019 and take necessary action against the one 6th respondent for excommunicating the petitioner and protect the petitioner's right and livelihood. ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to conduct the enquiry of the petitioner's representation dated 08.01.2019 and 18.07.2019 and take necessary action against the sixth respondent for excommunicating the petitioner and protect the petitioner's right and livelihood.
2. When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner's representations dated 08.01.2019 and 18.07.2019 were enquired and closed. However, that report is not available. He further submitted that if a fresh representation is given by the petitioner, appropriate action will be taken.
3. Considering the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court directs the petitioner to submit a fresh representation narrating her grievances, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such submission of a fresh representation, the respondents 1 to 5 are directed to consider and pass appropriate orders, in the manner know to law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of fresh representation.
