Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to grant authorization for procuring MEE SALT residues for further processing and utilization in fertilizer production based on the petitioners application dated 30.03.2026 within a stipulated time.
