PETITIONS under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to take up OA Nos.310/01401/2014 and 310/01400/2014 respectively and decide the same on merits within the time limit prescribed by this Court.

2. Heard Mr.M.Gnanasekar, learned counsel for the petitioners. Mr.Syed Mustafa, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the Government of Puducherry.
3. The applications filed by the petitioners before the Central Administrative Tribunal challenge the orders of suspension. The orders of suspension were passed on 13.9.2014. The applications were filed on 19.9.2014. The applications are pending for the past four months.
4. Considering the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the cases, the writ petitions are disposed of directing the Central Administrative Tribunal to take up O.A.Nos.310/01401/2014 and 310/ 01400/2014 respectively and dispose them of within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, the above MPs are closed.
