O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents particularly, the Inspector of Police, T 1 Ambattur Police Station, Chennai 600 053, to give Police protection to the petitioner, for the purpose of fencing the land in Survey No.1683FC in Vijayalakshmipuram Main Road, Oragadam Village, Ambattur, Chennai 600 053, on the basis of the complaint, dated 21/5/2022.

2. Heard Mr.K.Balakrishnan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Gokulakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents 1 and 2.

3. A perusal of the records would show that vide, order, dated 2/6/2022, this Court has already passed an order, directing the Police to give Police protection not only to the petitioner but also to the third respondent.

4. In such a view of the matter, this Court is of the view that no further need be passed. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
