By consent of the learned counsel appearing on either side, the writ petition itself is taken up for hearing.

The petitioner, which is a registered Association, having been said to be recognised, vide G.O.No.99 P and AR Department dated 3.2.1979, has come forward to file this writ petition, seeking a direction to the respondent to include it on the staff side on the basis of petitioner's Association for representing C and D Groups in the Joint Council Meeting https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

forthwith and to consequently extend all benefits arising thereto, including participation in the District and State Level Meetings regularly.

3. In the counter affidavit filed by the respondent, in paragraph No.10 the following has been stated: ''10. With reference to the averments made in para 10 of the affidavit, it is submitted that apart from the Joint Council/District council Meeting, instructions have been issued in G.O(Ms) No.109, Personnel and Administrative Reforms (K) Deportment, dated 25.06.2001 for the conduct of Periodical Meetings with the representatives of Government Employee's to represent their grievances and to find solution to their problems. The petitioner's Association have the liberty to express their grievances with the Head of the Departments since, Joint Council/District Council is not the only forum to sort out the problems of employees.''

4. In view of the same, grievance of the petitioner has been addressed substantially. Accordingly, recording the above averments made in the counter affidavit, the writ petition stands disposed of with the direction to the respondent to act as per the same. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
